I think that it is wonderful that Daisy had a play-date. Every day that she can spend doing the things she loves is a good day. She is lucky to have you and your family in her life and you are lucky to have such a beautiful friend! It is never easy to say goodbye but it is necessary. I have had to put down 3 of my friends this way-two cats and one dog-it is not easy but they do go easy. I held them in my arms until the medicine hit their system and then they closed their eyes and went to sleep peacefully. I am here if you need to talk or cry or be angry or whatever emotions you are feeling. Take care and cherrish every memory that you have had and will have of Daisy.
